I notice our server, and North Isle and Newfoundland are not in drop down menu at log in page. Nor is the Euro flag.

perhaps friends can still be invited though.
You can invite people to your server by heading to this link (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/profil#recruit-friends)

so I guess the answer is that random new players will not come to these servers
Normally when you sign up for the game you are given the option of which server you wish to join, sometimes certain servers will be removed from that list when they are nearing full. Should you wish to ensure a new player joins your server directly (such as a friend) you can use the invite option listed in #2

They're not there because you are already on them.
Those are just for navigating between language versions.
The registration system is separate.

thankx Muffin, I went to Zeus (us) server where I played a little during Eeaster. The Euro flag shows up there. : )
I will look to see if I can get there from just internet. At one time I think our server was closed.
