adventure timer is wrong

Hello.
I have finished an adventure (dark priests) well inside the time, according to the timer (00:00:4 when i clicked "claim rewards") and the game said that the adventure is expired and i didnt get the rewards i should've got.

1) please fix this bug.
2) how can i and my partner get the loot?

That's the lag at work again, the timer graphic hadn't kept up with the real situation.
