We are nearing the end of the 20th Anniversary Event. It has been a long event and everyone has made and donated a lot of balloons. Our server groups have done well to get to good positions on the leaderboard, in spite of obstacles along the way. As we get into the final hours, every last balloon counts.
I'm sure all of what I'm posting has already been considered by many if not most people, but here goes anyway:
Every player can help with the event, regardless of level.
- Do a click adventure. It will take a minute and will give you 100 balloons.
- Build a well and upgrade it to level 5. This costs: 10 pwp, 15 stone, 500 tools. Contains: 1k water. Depletes in 10h - 13h. Provides 250 balloons when converted in the Provision House.
- Convert 2k water to 500 balloons in your Provision House. This will take:
Level 1: 41 min 40 sec
Level 2: 20 min 50 sec
Level 3: 14 min 10 sec
Level 4: 10 min 25 sec
Level 5: 8 min 20 sec
- Put some water in the Trade Office at a reasonable price.
- Buff another player's resource buildings, preferably whilst they are online so that they can use and convert the extra resources.
- Chuck every last balloon in the Donate Box.
- Make sure your Provision House queue finishes before the end of the Event, leaving you enough time to donate the balloons....
- Do some normal game activities, especially upgrades. These do provide some balloons.
- Stay positive, ignore the nay-sayers and have fun.
Sorry to harp on a bit, and apologies if it's all old news, but at least posting this has motivated me to make even more effort for the race to the finish.
