First bandit camp rewards

Ok Im getting ignored by your MODS about this bug that is driving me insane as it keeps popping up saying quest complete for the first bandit camp I know it is complete I have done it please fix it as it really getting annoying now and it putting me off enjoying your game

The quest is called "Death to the leaders"

Additional info:

Stupid me deleted my Proviosning House and every time I want to build it, the bug reappears. If I quick finish building it, the bug still appears and the provisioning house disappears again...
