I wish for a trade office deed, because I used to have all iron mines at sectors 2, 6 and 8, and 3 coal mines at sector 6, but while leveling up, I forced to build wheelmaker, carpenter and powderhut, cause of the quest, and that's OK cause I had tones of coal, so I just depleted the 3 coal mines, and it did't hurt me, but then I level up again, and for that I build the canonforge, and now I am with one less licence, so I am not build one of the iron mines, and because I have 4 iron smelters, iron ore is not enough now, and I have to buy it, and it's expensive, and if I change my trade office with the deed, I will recover my missing licence, so I can have again all my iron mines, and have once again possitive production for iron ore, and.... ahh.. OK, I just wish for a trade office deed! :)
