Hi, my ISP is doing some work on the network and they've disconnected me two hours ago, during the disconnected time I've tried to enter the game because the connection was comming and going. Once I almost succeeded but it was very very slow. When my connection was completely restored - I can no longer connect to Settlers online, not at all. Even this I'm writing from my mobile phone. You must have blocked my IP for some reason, please help me

I play on the .net server

Any chance you've just been bumped back over here to the EU (.com) servers or are you certain you've tried: http://www.thesettlersonline.net (http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/home)?

If it's not quite that simple here are two ways to contact Support for the US servers:

I realise that's not much comfort on a weekend when support staff are away and I'm not techy enough to say more than "Make sure you're on the right page, log out entirely, clear cache and cookies, wait 15 minutes and try again." so if none of that helps do post again, someone else may know more. Thanks for your help.

I couldn't even get to the page at all... couldn't even see it... not on .com not on .net - nowhere... google just didn't wanted to connect me with settlers... not forum not anything... so I tried with my mobile phone and it worked... but now it is working all again... :)
