[OPEN] Quest doesn't unlock: "Free the homezone - More sectors"

Short description:
The subquest "More sectors" which is part of the main quest "Free the homezone" doesn't unlock while all prerequisites seem to be met.

Possible cause:
Unknown, normally there are is at least prerequisite next to the level prerequisite. But there doesn't seem to be one in this case.
Might be that there are only "old cases" that still need to be fixed, but that you cannot get to this state now.

I've dug out my email to support dated 4th december 2012 (so approaching 9 months of this bug, great going devs!) Original criteria for this quest were player level 15-30 & explore 3 sectors. At the time I was level 29 but had explored the whole island so it wouldn't unlock.

This was supposed to be fixed 28/02/2013 (it's in the change logs) but it didn't work.

I am o level 35 and have hanging quest: More sectors
This quest require level 15 and it should have been unlocked for me long long time ago. But it is not.

This missing quest blocks me to finish main quest:Free the home zone!

What to do to close this one ?
It looks to me like a bug.

On 28/02/2013 (yes, 10 months ago) I sent a ticket to the support with the same problem. I am already on lvl47 but still not fixed, only got feedback like these:

Is it so really hard to solve this problem? There are more and more new developments in the game and they cannot solve this bug... hmmm interesting.

Among the Main Quests, the second task in the Guest Free The Home Zone! will not unlock. The unlock condition say that it unlocks when player reaches level 15. That was a long time ago, im now level 37 and the task has stil not been unlocked.

When the series of quests was introduced, I already had passed level 15, and freed all the home zones. Could it be that the quest needs level equals to 15 instead of equal-or-greater than 15?

d_e_n_z : this is same case for me too, I had already passed the level when the quests changed, and now I am locked out of them, yet I can still unlock the others once I hit the level.

Seems like a simply code change is needed?

I still have this same problem. It occurred years ago, but I havent played for years then recently restarted

Seems this one has been forgotten. I guess the cause has been fixed but no retrospective clean up has been done. Surely it is a simple matter of writing a script to set the task as completed. I get fed up with seeing it on my outstanding tasks list all of the time.

Support should be able to close that for you, if I am not mistaken.

Over a year late, but I can confirm that support/devs were able to close this for me. I logged out overnight and in the morning the quest chain was available to complete even though the subquest was still locked.I even got the rewards!
