connection failed

i'm having difficulty in playing today. I can log in but when I click 'play now' I get a message saying connection failed... There isn't any messages saying there is maintenance so whats up?

Have no problem getting logged in but get server call fail on map load all the time. Was corrected this morning but has returned tonight, completely unstable, can't use game. Tried all usual remedies,,, no joy. Any tips, help what ever ?

If you ever get to see your map, try this:




Right-click somewhere in the game
Click "Settings"
Go to the middle tab, should be called "Local storage"
Change the setting to 10 Mb

If another browser fixes this problem, you can probably use your original browser again after clearing the browser history.

i keep getting booted from server
yes i cleared all cache things and tried different browsers then i get this about 6 times in a row and on 7th -8th time i get back in

Hi ,

almost hole the day i have try to log in, some times i come into the game but 5 min later i see a block whats say error server zone crash , this i get to see when i log into with chrome trow facebook, when ill try to log into the game with internet explore version 8 , i get the same problems but i come only to the main paige.

The 3 posts above were moved from "Login issues" to this thread, since the "Login issues" thread is discussing a specific login issue where you keep looping back to a logged out state.

It might be that Concita and/or rokkenjager suffer from the "Server zone crashed" issue, in which case they need to wait and see if the script, that starts running around 02:00 BST, will fix their island or contact Support.

Hi Donk,

You could try the following things: (let me know what works, if any)

When on the page where you can click "Play" press CTRL+F5, wait till it's loaded again and press "Play"
Clear your browsing history (check my Howto), reload the page and press "Play"
Try another browser, login normally and press "Play"
