i just cant get in for some reason, i was in few hours ago and it was a bit long to get in but it works, now i just can t get in at all, it get stuck i test the connection everything is fine , http://prntscr.com/1s2ckx but just can t get in ,
The same for me I can't get in tonight either
It might help if you tell us what you see when you can't get in.
You can obviously log in, since you are able to post on the forum.
So you are able to press "Play", what happens next?
Me either. The bar on the loading screen moves about 1cm then just hangs.
what happen next after i click play , is the loading bar goes up about a quater and it s stuck, i m not the only one, one of my guild friend can t get in also. http://prntscr.com/1s2i3i

Same here for now about ~1 hr, can click Play, loading bar starts but get stucked after 1cm, or only light blue screen without loading bar appearing. browser message is Übertragen der Daten von (Transmitting data from) static14.cdn.ubi.com, and thats it.
Reloading, Refreshing and Cache clearing doesn't help. Was online about 3 hrs ago, came back and got this issue.
latest Firefox on Windows 7 64 Bit, same issue with Internet Explorer
UPDATE: loading bar now gets full, but after now 10 minutes full loaded, still stucked on loading screen.
I'm not able to get into the game either. The progress bar freezes. I've rebooted and tried both IE and Firefox. No joy, it was working ok from the work PC at lunch and before I left.

Same with me Fexno loading bar just sticks and I have tried different browsers :-(

Ohh, almost made it to 75% of the progress bar, then it just sat there... -.-
well i thought i was alone when i send the thread , sorry to say that but i feel a bit better that i m not alone. and it seems so far that 2 different servers are in trouble , is it global ?

I was playing the game until about a minute ago, experienced no problems whatsoever..
wil try and login again now..

I finally managed to get in and see my island only for it to go dull and I can see it but not do anything!! Now I will have to try again!!
It seems to be working now for me :-)

same problem here just stuck on ubisoft page been trying again and again for over an hour (sandycove)
Sorry guys, I have no idea what is going on.
The only thing I can say is try again in a few minutes.
There is no stress test on our servers, that was just on tsotesting.com.
Just tried logging in and out at least 5 times without any problems.
I'm on SandyCove and most of you are on Northisle and Newfoundland, although there are a few on Sandycove too.

I'm on Newfoundland realm-1 and had no problem, see previous posts.

Don't know if it has something to do with the problem, but I logged onto test server today for the first time, when I was already logged onto live server. So now its the first time I try to login after that, maybe this information helps.
For those that didn't try....
Make sure you are not using the same browser for tsotesting.com
Try another browser or clear cookies (see my signature for a howto)
Since it might be that not all are suffering from the same issue.
For those that tried it and it still doesn't work, you can report the issue to Support using the contact form on this page: http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support
PS. just saw Andraxx post after posting my own. Running Test and Live in the same browser at the same time can cause issues.
nice 3d stuff amy , what software do you use?, i have been learning 3d max for few months now, i m still not great at it but getting there,
i clean my cookies and send a thread to the techs ,but still can t get in, this is not on , will loose trades and resources will run out,

Can't play either, a pop-up tells me to clear cache, but done that twice now, still no go... :(
problem solved, after about 2 hours I got in. don't know what it was, good luck to all that still can't get in the game
i m fade up now, this is not the first time that this loading problem occurs , each time , we loose stuff and trades and we don t get compensation for it , because we can t manage our island for a long time, it s already slow enough to grow in this game, but it s not a beta anymore, and you re not making our life easier with those king of issues, at the end of the day it s us who suffer
Finally got in again, after clearing cache for the entire day.
I also noticed that when I couldn't get in, the picture on the front page showing the Collectables didn't show. But this time it did, and I managed to get in. Not sure it's related, just wanted to let you know. ;)

finally today i could get in , now i have 20 mines to rebuild, lot of my production stopped from lack of resources, lost trading ,90% of my field are gone that about 30 fields, 90% water is gone it s going to take me a long time to rebuild everything because i can t be on all the time. this is several time this situation happen. thanks you very much.the last time i log in was yesterday at 3 pm, today can only log in at 10 am ,i m looking at my island an i m thinking should i bother? i spent money on this game, but those situations actually spoil my pleasure to play it now. no sorry and no explanations why this happen , very angry now.

Try clearing your browser cache, this often happens when something lurking in there doesn't agree with a maintenance change.
Can also be cleared by logging in with a different browser, then going back to your old one.
I have 10 minutes now that I cannot enter the game.
I can login or logout but it stops when loading the game. :(
Same here, but the homepage doesn't load fully too, some pictures, including the load test voucher, can't be seen...
control + F5 doesn't seem to do anything

white page, bothe IE and chrome. i shall reset my router... but my internet is fine in every other application.

I use firefox latest ver. Tried Chrome and IE (also latest) same result
I am on Windows 8 x64
A white page with Mozila peck_ed.
I contacted the support and I install new Flas Player and cleared the cokies and the cashed memory (as I had doe before also), but the problem persists.
It seems that is for the Greek branch only. :(

i m form greece too. any solution to that? tried contacting support but no answer so far.
Sounds like GreekSoul has this problem (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/25202-OPEN-Cannot-login-quot-Server-zone-crashed-quot).
i'm afraid so.... and the thing is that it is supposed to get fixed in 4am BST with that script. those guys in support will never answer me i suspect.

For those that didn't try....
When on the page where you can click "Play" press CTRL+F5, wait till the page is loaded again and press "Play"
Make sure you are not using the same browser for tsotesting.com.
(Running Test and Live in the same browser at the same time can cause issues)
Try another browser or clear cookies (click here, if you're not sure how to clear cookies)
Since it might be that not all are suffering from the same issue.

It won't, unless you have 1st cleared out browser cache, cookies, and preferably flushed Flash as well.

cant get in the server yesterday everything whent fine now it says thy are working on the server but in news there is nothing about it
locked out of sandycove as well - just get the pic axe and shovel screen saying unable to connect
