Masons quest wil not unlock

I'm lvl 21 & completed the geologist quest but the masons quest is still locked, why is this?

If you haven't done it already, you should do an F5 web page refresh.

Sometimes a refresh is needed for quests to realise they should unlock.

I'm afraid this quest won't unlock for you. The quest probably only unlocks while you are level 15 or below.
You should contact Support and make them aware this problem exists, we have had other quests that couldn't be unlocked, but as far as I can remember this is the first time it happens with the "Masons" quest. (I'm not even sure how you managed to get to level 21 with these quests still open. It's quite an accomplishment in itself ;))

Also would you be able to post a screenshot showing your level and the main quest "Stone production" while "Masons" shows still locked?

I tried a refresh & have also cleared cache, cookies etc, but still have same problem.
