Building licence

Please, I have some error or...

I had 14 buildig licence, and after I clean all bandits on map I get 10 more. So, I add it to M. House... And score is 24... Now, after I log in again, I have only 14 - what's happend? I try to reconnect couple times, clear cookies... But on buttom line I lost my 10 building licences!!!!!!!

Make sure the other isn't still in your Star Menu, also if you can't find it in your Star Menu and you feel your building licence count is incorrect, you can always contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/help-and-support) for assistance.

Sure, I check in Star Menu, even I check mail again... and then I wrote post here!

Now, I am only wait for support reply.
