form new event buff from collection I set to make a buff and time for production stuck it keep me show same time 5min all the time i don't want waste gems to complete it so plz fix it

Have you tried closing down TSO and opening it up again? (Maybe in an alternative browser as well)

If still no luck give Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/help-and-support) a shout, they should be able to help you.

Are you able to tell us which buff you were producing?

I saw someone in Help tab in Sandycove yesterday who had the same problem. My 'country saying' cooked in 5 mins without problems.

Any chance the Mayor is upgrading? Production pauses then (like on all buildings) though Settlers will still arrive if there's room for them. If that is it when the upgrade is complete production should start up again.


General info: it's not an Event as such, Collectibles are a new part of the game and here to stay. There's been some confusion about that.
