As said above we will be compiling a list of often viewed guides, the problem is that it takes a huge amount of time to check the guides content. If you feel a guide should be in the list of useful guides, please post a link to that guide as a reply to this thread. Try to provide a one line description of the content of the guide.

Well I found some time and integrated many of your links.

However there were quite a few dead links. I was able to reconstruct some of them, but on others I had no clue.
