Dark screen (have to refresh on log in)

Numerous occasions this happens:

On log in and get to press the tips/welcome message and then my island is all dark and i cannot proceed unless I refresh browser again.

And PLEASE - do not say clear cache blah blah blah as its done automatically by Ccleaner each time i start my PC...

Yes I get this quite often too, usually when the pop up for the daily login appears. It is like a shadow appears over the screen making it impossible to click anything and only a refresh solves the issue.

yup here too, after claiming log in reward. Very annoying.

Instead of reloading you can also do the following:
Press tab multiple times till you see a blue rectangle around your star menu icon, then hit spacebar.

This will open the star menu and remove the "dark screen"

But it should not be happening in the first place, this solution is just another plaster over even more cracks.

Happens to me about 60% of log ins, as stated usually when I click to collect daily log in bonus. Northisle.

i have notice if i click to soon at loading game before all Buildings is present i can get a (Black/blank) screen that wont go away i had to refresh browser it happend at the daily login screen confirmation okay box

allso notice if i press ok box to soon before all grafix's is load on screen i seem to have higher risk to get dark screen and allso with daily login rewards issus...
wait for full load of data then press ok then ok for daily then i dont get that dark glow Lock ( i use todo refresh browser) will try tab solutions NeXT time if i forget waiting time, if this is even same error as i think it is....
