I want to know why legendary general isn't in market offer for sc's like it was on test server? And, will it be?

the feedback on them was pretty terrible, so hoping they removed them for rework :(

great that they manged to remove the actual thing that was worth having, gave us level 50's hope releasing star coins then made them useless.
