This morning i succeeded in finding all the collectibles, however none of them were event collectibles.
Wil they be introduced in a later stadium or is this a bug ?

It might be that your collectibles spawned before the Christmas event was activated, in that case it is normal that you didn't find christmas collectibles

I have been looking for them since 6 this morning and
I have not seen one yet,haha
This way the quest to collect 25 of each is going to take
forever!

The christmas collectibles work just like (or are part of) the normal collectibles, so they'll in batches every so often. The batch you had waiting for you this morning might have been spawned before the Christmas event started and for that reason won't have Christmas Collectibles. The collectible quest will show you how many collectibles can be found in total (including the Christmas collectibles)

These special collectible items will spawn randomly on your island in random amounts. It is possible to get no special items, get a few or get a lot of them. The first will appear after the first collectible item refresh on your home island (keep an eye on the collectible quest).

Well, I think the implementation of christmas stuff is not working properly.
I just finished the adventure 'saving the christmas feast"and no single
present as reward.
And still no collectibles.

Same here no xmas collectibles. Only the regular ones. Kind of a world class fail (again), when you get a mission to collect 75 collectibles that doesn't exist. :mad:

The comment of Harley60 was on the thread that got merged into here.

Those that didn't get Christmas collectibles will have to be patient and wait till the next batch of collectibles spawns.
That batch should spawn soon for those that didn't have them yet this morning.
(I'm still waiting for my new batch to spawn too)

Haha, I logged in 3 times today and still no collectibles and no reward in
presents for the save the christmas feast adventure for which I paid 95 gems.
What a farce!

Agreed - ridiculous ...

Same here, no Christmas Event collectibles whatsoever, just the usual Herbs & Scarecrows.

They ARE most definitely spawning for other people, going by the items available in the Trade House.

So why aren't they spawning for everyone?

For those that still haven't got Christmas Collectibles (Gingerbread, Christmas Bells and Candy Canes) please contact Support, as far as I am aware they should have appeared at least once now. You can contact Support by using the contact form on this page: http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support

Have you tried to pick any from those collectibles you had, or did you just leave them?
I think you'd better pick of those you have to trigger a respawn/reset 8-10 hours later..

MrMark2u, harley60 reported the same problem earlier, but now he is receiving them and informing the readers of this thread that his problem is still resolved.
harley60, confirming that it's working for you once is enough. I'm glad that you like the event :)

Let's keep it on topic, people that are not getting the Christmas Collectibles, don't forget to contact Support about this issue.

I did pick them. It took about 30 hours for them to respawn but I got my first collectibles now..
