I got stuck for a few days because of a bandit leader camp at homeland, sector 6.
I sent 200 recruits but all dead without even kill 1 enemy.
Please advise what armies I should sent?
The camp includes, 1 Chuck, 50 dogs, 100 roughneck and 49 ranger.
THanks
Hi Roly_Keith,
This is one of those camps were you really have to take the abilities of the enemies and your own troops into account.
If you want to know more about this you could this guide by Gerontius: http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/25571-Guide-Detailed-combat-guide
Also important to know in this case is that not all camps can be defeated with one attack (also called wave), but need 2 or even more.
I can imagine that this is a bit much to cope with in one go so I included a setup to kill that camp:
First wave: 50 ::C::
You will lose all these troops, but it's one of the few ways to soften this camp up.
Your general will have to recover now, which will take 4 hours.
This attack is meant to defeat the dogs, that would otherwise defeat your (long)bowman
Second wave: 80 ::B:: + 120 ::LB::
You will also lose all these troops, but Chuck will have been defeated.
Third wave: 70 ::R:: + 66 ::C:: + 64 ::LB::
Most likely you will only have lost almost all recruits.
Congratulation You have now succesfully defeated the camp.
