View Full Version : [FIXED] Roads partially disappearing

Short description:
Roads build after christmas event started tend to disappear partially after a while (might be after you reload your map). Intersections seem to be the first thing to go, but I've seen other parts disappear too. (This is not the same as roads disappearing beneath mud and grass)

Workaround:

small work around for this in the mean time. You can build roads as long as they don't interact within a log in session.

so for example if u build all ur roads going 1 direction. log out and back in and build them all in the other direction. worked for me anyways.

Only roads built since the christmas event update disintegrate like that. Older ones remain unchanged.

Every time i log in there are gaps in my pathways. Anyone know why or when it'll be fixed? if it's even being looked at?

I have read the bug/glitch about roads disappearing under Bushes or Mud but this is not what I am encountering. To put it simply after a period away (lets say overnight) when I log on in the afternoon the following day all the "connectives" of my roads have disappeared. This is not the same as the mud/bush glitch as it happens to all points in the road which 1. connects with another road or 2. is a corner piece.

This may not be the biggest glitch in the game but it is very frustrating being forced to build your roads everyday.

can anyone help?

At a wild guess its probably Christmas even related seing as it only started since then, and affects roads created since then so...
maybe connected to the fact there are a lot more Collectables during the event ie candy canes etc and they all need locations
so maybe the whatever system looks at locations or tracks locations for collectables is clearing these spots?

Mine seemed to inherit this problem when the collectibles 1st appeared, I get the feeling that 1 or more road tiles are occupying a spot that a scarecrow wants to appear upon.

Still not fixed - how hard is it to fix something that was already working? not to mention the increased incidence of server zone crashes im experiencing.

So BB whats happening? Are you fixing this bug or are you just going to leave it and ignore us? I'm not buying any more gems until it's fixed because its annoying me every day, when i log in i have to see messy roads on my nice island.

Hello, i have a question. All new road on my island disappearing in pieces. Always when i login to next day again, my road are jagged. Whether to make a sauce with it that way does not disappear?
If you need it, i post the screenshot.
