Gold Production

Hi there,

I was just wondering now have the gold tower I've been thinking more about my gold production. I know that the current gold production its not really worth it and people say trade is better but i was wondering what is the most productive.

Currently my coinage maker is switched off and just my gold smelter is on and i have gold mines going.

Is it worth keeping the gold smelter going and trade the gold or is it a waste of resource? and is it worth keeping the gold mines to trade the ore?

if you are not running it double buffed all the time or better (triple buffed) you are already losing out.

Would that be the mines, smelter and coinage all buffed or just the coinage?
and even buffed do you think that would justify the resources?

nothing gold should be run without being buffed.. mine, smelter and coinage
