Silo Missing after Tearing down

I tear down my silo and its not return in my Star Menu. I refresh my browser several times but it didn't appear. Do I contact to support or wait for Monday.?

theres a general server refresh every night (in a few hours) id wait to see if it repears till then, if not then contact support. Support wont be avaliable till mondays anyways.
