General won't move to new location in Adventure

Stealing from the rich adventure.

I have 2 generals to two different locations.

The foot print of the new camp location is visible and confirmed. However the generals do not move at all.

I have tried the following:-

1) Sending the generals back to my home island;
2) Resending the generals back to the adventure;
3) Restarting the game;
4) Alt-F5 to reload the game;
5) Clearing cache and restarting the pc.

Nothing works.
