[OPEN] Mail sometimes cannot be deleted

I cannot delete battle reports.
select a report, click the cross next to the report - no changes
select a report, use context menu, click delete - no changes
I am back on my island and the related adventure has ended.
Exit mail, and go back in - all still present.

I had some old battle reports pre update from this adventure, and I deleted these before returning to the adventure, which was started before the update.
Its only battle reports created today that remain

I cannot delete battle reports.

I just tried this on a battle report that was created today, and that worked fine.
On a side note, this was a battle report of a lootspot kill, so the adventure wasn't my own.
Also I didn't "replay" the battle report, so that is another thing that might influence things.

EDIT: Is anyone else having trouble with deleting battle reports?


Let me rephrase then, is anyone having trouble deleting mails? if so, please describe what type of mail you are trying to delete.

no problems at all deleting any mails, including battle reports. But guild members have had issues...

I can´t delete them also, this is ridiculous.

Why there´s no expiration date on adventure loots? They never expire now?

Also why the use of books (resources) on the settings icon? Can´t you use a arrow or gear icon? Stop insulting my eyes.

Same here, it's annoying to reload whole game to be able delete some and after a while bug is back...

Ok, to be more accurate...
Was in an adventure before the update, and had battle logs in email, which had all been replayed.
After update I deleted these battle logs before returning to the adventure.
Completed adventure viewing battle logs while in adventure.
On exit from adventure battle logs could not be removed.
Other messages could be removed, and adventure reward message was removed after reading it.
Adventure was my own, multiplayer with no one invited.

Running IE 10 / Win 8 and same problem seen on a different machine running IE 11 / Win 8.1

Update ......
Went back into email, marked all the messages as unread, then read them all again, and now they can be deleted.
Looks like replaying the log while in the adventure flagged something in the email, which was cleared when I marked them as unread.
My mail box is now empty again !

Tried that - doesnt work, can see my self getting a whole page full of messages I cant delete lol

Had the same problem yesterday. Logged out for a while and when I got back in, I could delete them.

Had a chat with other CMs and Support about it and it appears the workaround is to logout and wait for 30 minutes.

Please post in here if you still have issues after being logged out for a longer while.

After some time logged off I can delete mails using delete all functionality in context menu, but have to close dialog and open it again to see mails deleted. Obviously auto refresh doesn't work. But after some time I can delete them again, so have to logout again.....
