bought 12600 gems on mega sale that just finished, bought 30 days prem time but it has only put 2 days up in bar,28days worth missing. sent tiket to support asking for refund or to add other 28 days as of yet no responce. dont want to buy another 30 days yet and am loathe to do it and lose another 2.5k gems. i cant afford to lose 5k gems even if i was working never mind not working.

Remember that support might not be working on weekends. Other than that I don't know what anyone here on the forum can do or say to help you; An exchange with support is your one and only channel of taking care of your problem.

had to buy another 30 days prem time,yet to put it on. Still heard nothing from support. All i want is 28days prem added to my account or a exchange for gems pleae.

Is it possible you used a 3 day premium buff instead of a 30 day premium buff? (We were given a free 3 day premium buff a while ago).

no it took the 2.5k gems and only had 2 days in bar

the only other prem time buff is 7 days and i never got that either so it just a technical glitch,all i want is it to be sorted asap as i have had to buy another 30 days prem time wot has worked properly this time, but still 2.5k gems out of pocket

Is it normal for support to take so long to do a exchange and to contact you? let hem know thurs/fri last week and sent 2 tickets so far.

Did you check the inbox of the email account you use to login to your TSO account?
You should at least see an automated response that they received your ticket.

If it's not in your inbox, you might want to check your spam folder.
