Pin the Star Menu

I try to keep my star menu as empty as possible, but in order to do this, I must first click the star menu, then find the item and move it to my mayor's house. I am fine with this, but in order to cut my clicking in half (and put off carpal tunnel syndrome for as long as possible), it would be nice if the star menu could be 'pinned', and thereby reduce the number of clicks required.

Stacking the same item in the star menu would also save a lot of clicks and make it much tidier.

Today I spent about 3 hours emptying out my star menu. Click, click, click, click. Perhaps I play too much and that results in too much stuff in my star menu. I suppose Blue Byte forces us to do this, to encourage us to play less :(
