Buiiding licences.

I have noticed that it costs me 1 building licence to put up a new building or mine, yet when a mine is exhausted and I demolish it I don't get the building licence back. Is this intentional or a slip?

You do get it back, you get it once it is exhausted not when you tear it down.

You do get it back Gagan, when the mine expires, not when it's demolished.

If you watch your mines as they expire, you'll see the license come back then. This is why you don't get one when you demolish an exhausted mine - you've already had it back...

Occasionally you'll also get a graphical bug where it doesn't appear to come back (although it did), in which case a refresh sorts it.

I ve had the same issue.....4 of my mines have depleted over night.....yet my building licenses said 0..when I logged back on ???? so I didnt get any back???

You clearly have read none of the above replies. When the mines deplete the licenses refund NOT when you tear them down. Which means you had to of used them after the mines depleted.
