LS buyer goes away/offline

Hi. Don't know if this has been posted before or if it is in the right section but anyway.

What are the rules/does BB says about people who bought a lootspot and then suddenly goes offline/away?
If I activate 1 day premium I want the most out of it and don't want to waste time waiting for someone that don't have the patience to wait for 15/30 minutes for his general to arrive.

When is it acceptable to finish the adventure without him/her without risking breaking any rules/getting warning/banned from BB?
30 minutes of waiting?

EDIT: Of course, I have whispered him/her several times and also sent mail.

Last time it happened to me i contacted other players from the lootspotters guild to see if i could find a reason for the disappearance by asking in global, help, and trade and spoke with the guild leader to find an agreeable resolution to avoid any hassle after i made a decision on how long i was going to wait.
