Barracks not training troops (but appears to)

I loaded my nightly queue into my last night and went to bed with the queue nice and full and woke up to the same amount of troops as I had last night. Trying again I put on 1 Cavalry to train it and it goes through and adds to Cavalry on my pop menu, but later disappears. I do not think I am losing resources and have restarted the game many times and have no other issues like lag or crashing.

Is your Mayors house upgrading ?

No, only things upgrading is farms. No books or collectables waiting in bookbinder or Mayors either. Pop did not suffer from previous bug, I am not at max pop and have 1900 free settlers.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, even though I'm mad I wasted several buffs on it when it wasn't working (2x Myers and an Improved Drill) it has resumed normal behaviour.
