View Full Version : Buffing indicator
Wouldnt it be nice if we could flag the workyards we would like to be buffed? For example a marker similar to that proposed for marking collectibles.
This would make it a lot easier for the buff swaps we all do,,,,and for players to identify where they would like any random buffs dropped by fellow guildies. Am sure we have all "wasted" buffs on areas where they are not needed when they could have been better used elsewhere.
It could be extended so only flagged workyards may be buffed (to maintain buff schedules) but even the simple marker would be a nice addition and shouldnt be too difficult to devise.
I would welcome your comments, ;-)

I like this
I always delete the quests to buff or get buffs, because I cba to wait until a guildie gets online and can help out with the quest. A marker for buildinga that need buffing, or are allowed to be buffed would really help out here.
yeah thats a great idea i tryed to use a buff tooI spent about an hr and haIf and then found it didnt work IoI i gave up after that but yeah the game wouId be better for it i wouIdnt mind swapping buffs then :) and then ppI can mark their buiIdings once u Iog off they are stiII there so if anyone {mainIy guiIdys} visits they know which buiIdings are priority better then wrighting out which 200 buiIdings to buff BIG FAT +1
Thank you for your comments Wanderer and imyourmum :-)

yep - a sign above the yards you want buffed would be great, but I can see this being difficult to install due to the amount of variables in so many people wanting so many different buffs. Perhaps I am wrong thinking this?
Perhaps better add a generic-buff, friend-buffing-only, adding 50% bufftime to whatever selfbuffed workyard a visitor put it on.
(and rather add block buffing option to buildings than signs where to buff.)
Ohh thats impressive nightdancer....be a good way for player to select and then maybe those buildings highlighted in some way to visitors..our guild members do a fair amount of random buffing of each other particular of lower levels but we are never sure of what is required most. regular buff swaps you sort of know but still good to have i think for changes temp or otherwise. well thank you for your response and as I say ...well impressed

that is so sweet would welcome this 100 fold please please please make this so
This has been suggested thousand times over, including in my own list of ideas (check signa). That of course doesn't make it a bad idea, rather the opposite. I suppose a thread merge with a similar request is in order…
So why start another thread.
