Far too cheap it should be 20k gems and only have a percentage success rate depending upon the building level. The building will have 10 upgrade levels, upgrade costs will be according to the following calculation (level*100 gems)^2. So total upgrade costs will be 3.84 million gems. Note maximum success rate is guaranteed to be 92.75%. Happy settling
