View Full Version : Bought some gems, now can't get into game

Its been 9 hours now, and all I got was a reply saying that "This zone can appear if there is some payment process in place. We have removed the zone, please clear cache of your browser and log in to game. "

Done, and still can't get in, and no more help. Its been over 3 hours since they sent me that.

I'm not happy that for supporting the game I am now locked out for the day.

I did receive the replies, but it has not fixed the issue. 13 hours since I last replied to those replies, saying they have not fixed the problem.

its been over 27 hours now since I haven't been able to get in.

Managed to get on at last.

all my chains were still running while I couldn't get in :S

Also lost the weekly 100gem log in bonus.

Thanks for fixing it. At least now I can get things back in order :D
