I cannot enter the game, and haven´t for the last couple of hours.

Same issue here.
Tried both ipad and IE. Cceaned cache and temp files, still not working.
Have the same problem... the last 3 hours..
Some issues have been reported and we are working on fixing them.

While im trying to login it says "Login queue: 100 of 150 RT: 1h 30min" but instead of going down it goes up:(. I havent had such problems before.
I have Login gueue 36 of 414 RT: 1h 28min
Getting the same thing must be issue they are trying to fix
Its been like it for me since about 3.30pm, now log in queue 131 out of 452 approx 1h 3mins, hope they fix it soon, all my buffs ran out 2 hours ago
I just started a adv. and I was just invited to another one... which accepted as the last thing before the game when off..
I can't play, it is open maintenance page. What is happening?
We've not even got into the event and the bugs are showing up.
If I had a choice I'd prefer no more events. The number of bugs that arise around events isn't worth the hassle.
Who knows I may just get wise and leave the game completely :p

Not sure what is going on.
I've heard from several players in the test server (that server is online) that several servers are down:
sandycove, Zeus and Ares (USA server?) are down to.
And the forum is very slow at times..

well the website and forum are loading very sluggish ... looks like there is something more going on the just a game problem ... perhaps some kiddie found it funny to do a DDOS?

this do`es not bode well for the easter event methinks it needs scapping and all future events
The delay in updates was mostly because the issue affects all of us (me included).
I just checked with the technicians and apparently it's still being worked on.

Yep looks like either DDOS or a server farm issues, TSO is not the only UBI's service affected.
Edit: Apparently connection response is getting better every minute, lets give them some time to restart all the stuff.

I hope this will not stop me from getting my 7 day log in gem bonus as this seems all too convenient with Easter event about to start.

There was an update 3 minutes before you posted, they are still working on the issue

When a burglar cracks your house window is that the fault of the window manufacturer? You have 0 knowledge what is going on behind the scenes thus your logic fails in this matter.
It says 'Connection Failed' for me - I managed to log in earlier and now I'm in the middle of an adventure with no way to get in there X-(

My logic fails - ok
Firstly my window manufacturer - I would check that they installed glass first - your assumption.
Next - I am as you are an end user - a customer - When it goes wrong - tell me about it and I'll be ok.
Finally - You made a personal assumption about my logic - without knowing the facts - therefore I can only make the very very basic assumption that your logicfails n this matter also
On plus side GOT is on with no distractions from BK adventure :)
As some of you reported you can play now both here and on FB, I need to make an assessment of the situation:

According to my information (users using TSO testing)
Newfoundland, Northisle and Ares are down or almost unreachable. (long login Queues)
Zeus and Sandycove seems to be working again..
I still have the same issue, login queue.
Still a queue of 454/596 for me :-S
so nothing solved for me :-((

Still not working for me, and I did close it and try to come in again. Currently says 68 of 605.
333/606 1h 59 min incredibel shut down all server, players 99% no logout
the game is ok but still can not load the adventure map it was the situation for me the whole time

Seems that battle.net is experiencing similar login problems, so there is something big happening ;(
I have also been locked out for several hours.. tried clearing cache.. tried different browser. Am far more addicted than I realised it seems :)

Maybe not, German and French are both working fine (altho french has other problems unrelated to this).
Still stuck in an endless login queue loop, looks exactly like the bug server when freebies are on offer.

why does this crap always happen the day of maintenance, and when all I want to do is log in and turn stuff off
maybe everybody trying to log in at the same time only adds up to the problem?.. how about a mandatory break untill 8 GMT tomorow morning like every thursday

Been waiting an hour, still showing an hour of load time. Theres two hours of premium wasted... and I cant get on for another three hours after that.
Giving up, the premium I had on Northisle will now have expired, guess tomorrow will be spent tidying up the wreckage. :(

Same here, trying to get the site to load is the first problem I have, it takes several times just to get the front page to load, after that it takes a while to get logged in and get past the login queu. I am in for now, but last night I didn't manage.
I was able to load the game today, but lost my all week, no gems for my today : (

I'm having issues. Logs in then imediately throws me back out. Have made approx 6 attemps. Will have another go then will give up. Please advise where I apply for a refund of gems bought but not used. What's the point in a game you can't access. This is a weekly issue!

this morning I was able to login, and NOT lose my daily logins so I got my 100 Gems :)

Was a stressfull day for all of you, and some of us -lol-

FYI: tsotesting had no problems at all, and became a refudge to lost players :)
Was a good way to get clear who had problems.

Able to log in though a little slow. Lost my daily log in reward though.

unable to log in, main page is just displaying a white box with no txt or log-in field. no access to forum or any links (only was able to get here via browser history)
have tried resetting PC/Mdem?routers etc etc, cleared browser cache/history blah blah, and still,all i see at loging page is a big white box and unable to continue !!!!

All day I've been unable to get in. I log in, Loading map then 'Connection to server lost, please click ok to refresh your client' I've deleted history, used link above nothing gets me in. Great start to a new event, can't send explorers or do quests... and to add insult to injury your trying to sell gems for a game I can't access!
I'm on IE by the way at work. hope Chrome works when I get home.

Got on using Chrome at home but IE at work and still cannot connect. Same as yesterday. 'Loading map then 'Connection to server lost, please click ok to refresh your client'
You will have many users on IE but still no word on what happened, why and when it will be fixed? Communication is a wonderful thing, try it!
Internet Explorer 10 and 11 are working fine for me, so I don't think it is a global Internet Explorer issue.
I see you already cleared your cache etc,etc so that should be covered. Since I know of no other things to try at this point, I have to ask you to check out How to clear cookies (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/25422-HOWTO-Delete-your-browsing-history-clear-cookies) to see if you might have missed a step.
If it is possible try to install chrome at work to see if you can load the game in there?
Might it be possible that your work introduced additional restrictions on internet use, which might be preventing the game from actually loading?
You can also contact Support using the contact form on this page: http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support and explain to them what you tried and provide them with the details of what the issue is.

See, told you communication was a wonderful thing. I believe the version of IE at work is 8 so that might explain it. I had done cookies along with cashe, that was the etc, lol. I have played Settlers at work for a long time before this issue so it is not restrictions at work as I checked, however I cannot install Chrome. I will raise a ticket to see if lesser versions of IE will be supported again. Thanks for the response Fexno.

Yes, im already clearing all the cache and history then re-login to the settlersonline. But it's not work, still stuck with the message in loading screen :(
Hello since yesterday I have this issue with the game, I log in then when the game starts loading the map it freezes. I can't do anything, move or zoom... no buildings are displayed either. But I can click on the different tabs : building menu, economy, trade office and chat so on.
I have updated chrome, firefox and flash player still no changes even after cache cleared.
So if anyone can help me fix that issue.
I can log in ok but after pressing blue play now button the screen just goes white and i cant get into my game... please help
