It doesn't 'need' anything... It's a crown icon:

There is an explaination of all the icons on the wiki: [The Settlers Online Wiki: Building Icons] (http://thesettlersonline.wikia.com/wiki/Building_Icons).

Unfortunately, I doesn't make any sense that the White Castle on your island should have a crown icon over it. It normally shows that a bandit camp contains a 'Boss' bandit.

This is a very old bug resurrected, it's a holdover from Adventure graphics. Here are some of the threads from 2012:

Clearly it wasn't all that popular then either. While it's not pretty it doesn't do anything and it was eventually sorted. For a time. :rolleyes: Likely it will be again.
