"What is premium" is not working

I did apply 1 day of Premium and I got: under avatar it says "premium time: 1", 4 building slots, longer buffs to friends ets. but quest "Add 1 day premium" did not finished - it says 0/1
do you advice me to reload game?
or to clear cache from my browser?
or you can dig into game code and find bug - or if bug not found then add button - "check if this quest is done" or "recheck all quests" to quest window
I am waiting that you send me letter with 1 premium day so I can try again

You need to contact support regarding this issue as they can check best if something is wrong.

Try and add as much detail as possible to your report and they will investigate and get back to you.

This is a confirmed bug from support which a friend of mine had - you have to add the particular premium day that you received specifically for that quest for it to work. Adding another premium day, such as the free one that was sent out a couple of days ago, won't trigger the quest.

The quest DID trigger when my friend added the other premium day, and she was sent a replacement premium day as compensation
