Golden Ribbon + Arctic Iron Mine = Can't use

The "new" Golden Ribbon states that it should be placed on an Iron Mine or Iron Smelter, however, when I tried to place it on my Arctic Iron Mine, it would not let me. So, is the Arctic Iron Mine not an Iron Mine after all, and if so, what does it produce instead?

This issue has been reported and we are aware of it. However we have no ETA on a fix (yet).

this has been fixed on test server :) or at least that's what the changelog says.
