View Full Version : Delegation
Hi all, maybe a dumb question but I've got a quest to delegate 50 longbowmen. How do I delegate troops?? Thanks

if you own them, you will have a green underlining for that part of the mission, you'll probably have another part of the mission if that is green you can click on the bottom of te mission and the troops will be "delegated" (they will vanish from your account)
I thought "delegate" actually meant to assign troops to a general. Has been a while since I had a quest to delegate troops, but pretty sure that's what it means.
Bertolucci79, thanks! Because there seems to be about 5 second delay when I click the tick box in the quest I had assumed nothing was happening. To delegate troops in the quest (I have them) I just needed to click the tick and wait.
A have the same problem... I'm level 26 and there is a main quest "other island" - own 50 Longbowmen and delegate 10 longbowman/men from your storage. OK, I have 50 of them, but how do I delegate them?
I have to delegate my troops I have assigned them to a general but it still wont give me the quest rewards why?

Hi,
Is this something you just have to wait for? A while ago there were no LBM delegated, but now there is one and I don't know if I did this myself or what!
This quest requires you to have made the required amount of longbowmen and then to have them in storage (they will show in the unassigned part of the army pop tooltip). Then the green tick will show under the quest. Click it and the longbowmen will then be taken. Do not assign them to a general as this removes them availability.

if you have the troops already made, then just click the green tick under the quest

the issue is that you most likely have the recruits already set in your army u need to have say 133/139 if you have 139 of 139 assigned there are none spare to delegate

Do you have any good reason to resurrect a post out of 2017 ?

You can unassign the troops in a general, it's something you will be doing a lot of as you progress.
