Recruit do not suffice

I don't know what to do anymore........

I spend a lot of time and gold coins to obtain the quest "Recruit do not suffice" and all the boxes are green.......but the V sigh does not appear.......is still X
I do met all the demands of the quest, but is really disappointing in the end:(

I log out, log in.....I clear my cookies, I clear the cache and history.........and still nothing
What I do wrong?

Can you post a screenshot of the quest? What does it ask you to do?

I wait2-3 hours till I got to sleep, and in the morning was ok................probably was some sort of delay

If you look back in the forum, this quest seems to be notorious for being very laggy to register.
