Provision Houses not showing Event window

I've started the World Cup event.
Gone through each quest in order so far.
Now I need to make the required buffs (to complete the practice match) in the PH/RPH but neither of them has an Event tab so I'm stuck.
Have refreshed twice but no change

update - apparently the Event has been temporarily halted due to technical reasons
