The Event Window

I cannot complete the quest "The Event Window" because the relevant button in the control panel below the Avatar is greyed out and does not do anything when clicked. I have tried refreshing, as well as logging out and clearing my cache, but still no Event Window appears.

EDIT: What on earth??

After all the things I did to try and get the control panel to refresh, it seems clicking on the forum button to come make this post has fixed the problem...

Yep, also seems unique to these 3 servers, was able to open it unaided elsewhere.
