Unable to open doors in event window

click the door, choose the item, click the door again check the star menu. Thats what i had to do.

Yesterday I was unable to open door 17 - nothing happens. And it is still unresponsive today.

I've been logging on every day since the start, so I would expect to be opening door 18 today....

What's going on?

I logged in before today's maintenance and logged in after I am also unable to open event door I was able to open door 17 yesterday.

you need to select the prize on the special door on the right first, then door 18 will open

Similar problem here - couldn't select door 18 yesterday after maintenance. I've opened all the other doors including door 19 and picked up all the prizes but door 18 is still stubbonly closed & now it won't let me even pay to unlock the door with gems.

Any suggestions?

I am the same as you evilgreenie - box 18 highlighted yesterday but couldn't open it tried few times through the day
today you can open with gems and box 19 is highlighted - neither one will open and nothing pops up to say pay with gems for box 18 :(

Ello, box 18 had the options in right? did you pick one of the three options inside box 18? It wont open unless you pick one :)

as I suggested yesterday above, you need to select the prize on the special door on the right first, then door 18 will open If you did this and still wont open, then contact support

If you have missed a door using a few of your weekly gems will allow you to open it thus allowing you to carry on and get the grand prize at the end of the event.

Thanks Brayarg & Jollyfog2012! - I wasn't selecting prize so I couldn't open the door... and there was me thinking I'd get *all three* prizes rather than having to select just one..

I missed one day opening my calender, when i hover my mouse over the unopened window it says use gems to open, but not button to click yes or anything, i click but nothing happens, essentially it won't let me use gems to open the window.

Thats a bug right? It's been going on for several days. Any help is appreciated and if i missed something obvious, sorry, don't think i did tho.

is it the yellow door? you need to pick a prize from the righthand side before clicking the door again to open it.

Thanks Brayarg - just done that and it works :) weird that I could open boxes 20, 21 and 22 on all the other days assumed box 18 and 19 were bugged as didn't think you could move on to next box until previous box opened
so all good now - thanks for that - did send ticket to support 4 days ago still not back to me so thankful that we have this forum for help :)

I was unable to open door 25 - nothing happens. Door 18 was unable too... I pick a prize, i seek the star menu, but nothing happens.

you need to click the door, then choose the prize, THEN CLICK THE DOOR AGAIN. You will get a graphic of the prize on the door, and then it will be in your star.

you also need all previous doors open, to open the yellow doors

I got caught out with door 25 too.
All previous doors had been opened.
Now I am going to have to use gems to open it. :(
After maintenance I think I will pick future prize on all yellow doors in advance so I might not get caught out again.
