problem in start game

after i login now the game is not start. I mean not loaded is there is any problem

I had to refresh the start page a few times before it let me in this morning. :(

when i click on play now then screen changes but no loading shown and i want to know currently r u able to play or not. I also play on american version which is loaded easily but not northisle version so that's why i ask is there is any problem.
