Is there any plans to add him to the merchant i see he is on the test server and usually anything new like this is added to the merchant after the event ie the martial art general was ...but i didnt see the lucky exp yet

Any ideas if this comes with a lift on the limit on lucky explorers? I.e. I have the two event ones, can I get more?

No idea, hopefully we who got the 2 from the event will be able to get the 3rd, when and if it comes.

Usually there are separate counters for limited gem/event/epic/etc. stuff.
