Improved SH entrance being moved?

I just noticed a post on the test server about the entrance to the improved SH being moved, when I checked the test server sure enough the entrance is now at the bottom, can someone from BB please confirm this is not going to happen on here?

Or at least confirm that the resources, especially granite, needed to demolish and rebuild will be paid back...

If it's just a visual bug.. How comes the Production time cycle and info in Details doesn't tell something else - it tells the same as the pathing..

Phew! I just wasted a few storehouses trying to find a good spot, finally managed an ok place to put it based on the entrance and now its n its way to lv5. Would have been a real <insert favorite expletive>. Ok nothing to see here, move along. Thanks For the reply Ravel!
