missing tropps ?

hi peeps not sure if this post belongs in this thread but i give it a go.
i just finished my 4th bk of the day,when completed and all generals returned. i noticed something very strange while getting ready to do my next bk.
the general i used to do last block did not have any troops assigned to him...5r 3m 38s 20e and 133cav just disappeared...i check to see if block failed as i did not notice anything when the mma killed castle...but no battle report existed so blocking general never lost/won the battle.i did a refresh like advised in the help channel but still troops are missing.
all the other troops managed to come back safely just the troops on the blocking general are missing any one had this happen to them or heard anything like this happening before ?

When you setup a lock, and this lock is not 100% winning, lets say is 99.1% win 0.9% loss then it happens when both battles ends together not to email you about the loss of the lock. Its a bit strange but happens from time to time as allanta mallanta in tight blocks.

I have had troops 'lost' in transit though - I know they were there at the end of the adv and never made it back to my home island.
Support credited me the resources to make new ones.

i think i found the problem it seems because i had no space for the general to land even though there is a spot for him the game dont use it...his troops were put back into the unassigned pool or so it seems..i'll do some more adventures to see if this is the case or wether something else is happening.....if it is the case troops are being returned to the unassigned pool its a strange thing to happen not sure if this is working a intended but i have never heard of it before....
once i know for 100% then i'll post back on confirm it.

It's quite known. I use it myself to skip the dull unload moment and to get all my blocking generals hidden in the star menu - ready to send right away to next adv.

I didnt know there was a limit on how many gens u can have on your island. I knew some adv have limited space, and that happens when you arrive with all the gens on the adventure. But not the other way around. Unless I have misunderstood the above.

So just for my sanity. Is there a limit on how many generals can land on your home island? If so whats the limit?

the limit is available spaces i would guess :)

I notice my gens land in areas where nothing else can be built. I guess I will find out sooner or later what the limit is...lol

Yeah, it differs...if you've built something (even decorations) at a landing spot it's "lost" for the moment.
