Whips and Carrots buff from Lucky Explorer

Please can you remove the Whips and Carrots buff from the list of buffs found by the lucky explorer or at least reduce the odds of getting it?
Very few people use the stables so it is hard to find anybody who wants the buff and it can be made quite easily in the Mayor's house.
At the moment my 2 explorers are finding them faster than I can get rid of them and they are beginning to stack up in my star menu.
I've spoken to a number of other players and they are all in the same position.

My 3 lucky explorers can't find them often enough to support my needs.

I sell any my wonderful Lucky picks up at 30 GP each. At that price it's a bargain for any "howrse" traders in the game so helps them and I imagine even the scrooges would hardly bother to buy it for an on-sell. Win-win.

Compare to Travelling Erudite. At least you don't get Fish Platters, Solar Flares or Solid Sandwiches ...
