When buying/selling introduce haggling the seller could indicate that they are open to offers!

I think `haggling' already exists in whispers, when the trader puts `whisper me offers' in the trade channel ;)

They should add the option to give resources to poor and starting settlers or resources should appear in struggling settlers star menu. Or introduce a large Panda statue that generates random resource bonusses as a gift for worshipping the Panda deity!
