Must be level 9 (am 25)

Must Complete quest 'Copper' (this is completed)

Quest Completed - Fertile Grounds (is complete)

Complete the Quest 'Brewery'
Player level 14
Quest Completed 'Wells' (completed)
Quest Completed 'Farm Fields' (bugged)

How can you be on lvl 25 if you haven't completed the quest "Mines" that gives 35xp that is needed to lvl up to 10?
