Quest not unlocked

I have a bunch of quests all showing locked despite meeting the requirements to unlock them, I am level 30 and am struggling to complete Level 9 quests as they simply will not unlock.

I have a quest tool production, i finish all my task,only 1 is unfinished because is locked i need to be lvl 9 and have cooper ore and mine
I am lvl 28 now and that quest is unfinished why i can't unlock to finish that quest ?

Nothing you can do to solve it now.
It would be interesting to know how you levelled passed level 9 without doing these quests.
Last time I checked (which has been a while) the only way to level up at those levels was to do all the quests in you questbook.

Sorry been on holiday so not checked the forums, have not received any emails from Support in regards to more information for this issue.

It's possible that the email associated with your account is not the one you are checking for replies.

Please write a ticket to support explaining the situation and provide them with the email you are checking for replies. (ask them to contact you on that email)
They can instruct you on the next steps to update your email address if that is the case.

2 x already wrote this mail can not image that came with the relevant answer. still there is a mistake in the last four lock can not be opened. otherwise it's all done I'm lv 50.
