game not loading after clicking 'play now' on main page

been 20 min still cant get on to my island anyone have a clue what is going on? followed the list of things to do if this happens nothing has worked :(

I can log on, click play now, game loads, but then stalled when loading the map. I t has been two hours already and still not time for maintenance.

Finally got on but generals would not load, buffs would not work, could not go to my adventure. Chat seemed to be the only think working okay.

New server problem?
Now I can login but I have a blank screen and the game not loaded. :(

Edit: Clearing cookies and Cashed Memory don't helps at all.
