If you haven't yet try removing them from the list and re-adding.
The whole thing is still pretty buggy though, and the results of /ignoreshow, even with only one person newly added just to see what would happen, are... lengthy:
[20:54] SERVER: Users ignored: [username], global-1, global-2, global-3, global-4, global-5, global-6, global-7, global-8, global-9, global-10, global-11, global-12, global-13, global-14, global-15, global-16, global-17, global-18, global-19, global-20, global-21, global-22, global-23, global-24, global-25, global-26, global-27, global-28, global-29, global-30, help, trade
One of the German BBs has suggested using global-1 when adding in .de's chats:
Another information: If you use this ignore function, please make sure that you do it in the Global-1. In other chats, this function may not work. If you differences between the various chats notes (Global Trade ..), it would also be good if you give us more details about it.
^^ Via Google trans: Original (http://forum.diesiedleronline.de/threads/110573-%E2%98%85-Ignoreliste-leer-funktioniert-nicht-korrekt?p=1059090&viewfull=1#post1059090)
but from the follow-up posts it doesn't seem to be making much difference over there. Could also lead to a fair bit of "awkward" if the command goes wrong in g-1.
This issue is currently being looked into. We had some BBs performing tests on our servers last week so it should be sorted soon.
