Two Masons, One Stone Deposit, Two hunters one meat deposit

If 2 masons work one deposit, do they mine twice as much stone from that deposit as one mason would?
Likewise hunters - is it ok having two hunters working one meat deposit, or better to have them working different meat deposits?
(I do refill the fish / meat deposits)

Yes - two deplete twice as fast, three thrice, etc. In fact I have all my 7 hunters all around 1 meat deposit (and warehouse) - that is quite efficient as it means I need only replenish a single meat deposit.

I made mistakes early on by destroying masons when the mines ran out .....
